Its a very well equipped Gym. plenty of machines and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and clientele and you are not working out with big gym junkies just ordinary people love it here.

So much to love about this gym. Everyone from owners to the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a good variety of equipment, with new pieces added from time to time. Great price for gym that has everything I could need or want.

I used to not really love going to the gym, but this one is different!! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, the equipment is well maintained and recently reupholstered, they bring in New machines and equipment every few months. The best thing is I can go anytime I like and it’s not over crowded
